The process of plants coming into flower, the simple emergence of a blossom, and flowers in full bloom are the fascinations of nature during the renewal of the seasons. FLOWERAGE features photographs from a spectrum of botanical specimens from subtle to bold that are grown and found in our lives. Appreciating the splendor of flowers, we celebrate the flower as a subject matter in all forms, through capturing the aesthetic beauty of new growth, vegetation and foliage. Various photographic interpretations of all things flowering and flower related are featured; images of buds, leaves, flowering trees, plants and blooms, whether captured through assembled photography or through nature photography approaches.
